Vail Mountain and Beaver Creek have announced new and returning dining and après-ski experiences for the 2026–27 winter season. The changes range from a new ice bar near Vail’s Back Bowls access to select-date dining at Beaver Creek. Treat these as announced plans: operating days, menus and prices can change as the season begins.
What is new at Vail Mountain?
According to Vail Resorts’ October 26 announcement, an Ice Bar is planned near the Legendary Back Bowls Gate. Bistro 14 is getting a redesign and a spritz-focused offering. The company also announced a Two Martini Lunch at The 10th and an Outer Range series at the Vail Express Lift Bar. These are different types of experiences; check each venue’s current information before building a ski-day itinerary around one.
What is planned at Beaver Creek?
Beaver Creek’s Spruce Saddle Cabin Corner is slated for select dates. The resort also says its Alpine Table Series will return. Neither announcement means those experiences run every day. Look for current dates, booking details and availability through the resort before you travel.
Are there passholder savings?
Vail Resorts says eligible pass holders can save 20% on eligible dining purchases. The discount has terms and exclusions, so confirm that the venue and purchase qualify. The company also says it is improving popular quick-service dishes across its resorts; that is a broad announcement, not a promise of a specific menu item at every location.
How should you plan a meal on the mountain?
First, decide whether you want a quick stop, a sit-down lunch or an après experience. Then check the current resort page for hours, reservations, mountain access, pricing and pass benefits.
